Administration Tasks

Administration Tasks : 
  1. Ensure the provision of safe transportation services for all university affiliates.
  2. Implement approved plans and programs.
  3. Apply the governing regulations and instructions related to the use and maintenance of government vehicles.
  4. Manage the movement and allocation of the various transportation means affiliated with the university.
  5. Define periodic maintenance programs for transportation assets and monitor their implementation.
  6. Follow up on periodic inspection processes and vehicle repairs.
  7. Monitor transportation contracts with service providers.
  8. Ensure proper use of transportation vehicles by drivers.
  9. Secure transportation needs for fuel, oils, and other consumable materials.
  10. Insure transportation assets and follow up on accident related procedures.
  11. Complete and renew vehicle registration and licensing procedures.
  12. Participate in identifying the administration’s needs for human resources, equipment, and materials, and follow up on their provision.
  13. Participate in identifying training needs for administration staff and nominating them for appropriate training programs.
  14. Prepare periodic reports on the administration’s activities, achievements, and performance improvement proposals.
  15. Perform any other tasks assigned within the scope of authority.
